Authors submitting their work to Motif Akademi must complete the writing and submission process in accordance with scientific ethical principles. This guide has been prepared to help authors comply with the standards required during the publication process at Motif Akademi.
Manuscript Submission Process

- Authors must declare that the manuscripts submitted to Motif Akademi are original and have not been published elsewhere.

Author Information:
- Once a manuscript is submitted, adding, removing, or changing the order of authors is not allowed.
- The contributions of all authors must be accurately stated, and a copyright form signed by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors must be submitted.
Ethics Committee Approval and Participant Consent:
- If the study involves data collection from participants, informed consent must be obtained, and an ethics committee approval document must be submitted.
Ethical Responsibilities and Originality
Plagiarism and Originality Report:
- All manuscripts submitted to Motif Akademi undergo a rigorous originality check.
- Authors must provide an originality report with their submissions.
- All cited content must be properly referenced, ensuring full and accurate attribution.
Conflict of Interest Declaration:
- Any potential conflicts of interest between the authors and funding sources must be explicitly disclosed.

Complaint and Retraction Process
